WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 12 hours from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange only if :

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete. Change of mind is not applicable.

CONDITION FOR THE RETURN

  • To return an item, please email us at customersupport@noorjahn.in or message us on our Instagram with the return reason and order details.

  • Once our customer support team approves the return due to any valid reason, the customer must dispatch the parcel back to our address at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges will not be covered by us.

  • After dispatching, the customer must share the courier slip picture with us — only then the refund process will be initiated.

DO YOU OFFER REFUND?

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.

RE-ORDERING NOTICE:

  • Once a customer has returned or refunded an order, future orders from that client will not be accepted.
