WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 12 hours from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange only if :
The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete. Change of mind is not applicable.
CONDITION FOR THE RETURN
To return an item, please email us at customersupport@noorjahn.in or message us on our Instagram with the return reason and order details.
Once our customer support team approves the return due to any valid reason, the customer must dispatch the parcel back to our address at their own expense.
Delivery charges will not be covered by us.
After dispatching, the customer must share the courier slip picture with us — only then the refund process will be initiated.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
RE-ORDERING NOTICE:
Once a customer has returned or refunded an order, future orders from that client will not be accepted.
